1. Order Policy

1.1 Custom-Made Orders

Most products are custom-made based on customer instructions.
These products are not eligible for return or withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Selling Act.

1.2 No Cancellation After Production Begins

Once production starts, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

1.3 Changes Before Production

Changes can only be made before production begins.
Contact us immediately after ordering.

1.4 Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure all custom details are correct:

• spelling (names, dates, text)

• measurements

• color and design selections

2. Delivery Policy

2.1 Shipping Partners

We ship with:

• PostNord

• Instabox

2.2 Delivery Time After Production

• PostNord: 1–3 business days

• Instabox: 1–2 business days

2.3 Tracking

Tracking information is provided via email or SMS after dispatch.

2.4 Responsibility Transfer

Responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

2.5 Uncollected Packages

Unclaimed packages may incur a handling and return fee.

3. Returns & Claims

3.1 No Returns on Custom-Made Products

Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.

3.2 Claims for Faulty Products — 5-Day Rule

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, you must report this within 5 days of receiving the order.

Claims must include:

• order number

• photos

• a clear description of the issue

3.3 Shipping Damage

Damage caused during shipping must be reported directly to PostNord or Instabox.
