How does the imprint process work?
Our kit includes everything you need to safely create your baby's hand and foot impressions. The non-toxic molding clay is easy to use and captures every tiny detail. Simply press your baby's hand and foot into the clay, let it air dry according to instructions, and return it to us in the pre-paid packaging.
2. Is the impression material safe for babies?
Absolutely! Our impression material is 100% non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and specially formulated for newborn and infant skin. It's been dermatologically tested and contains no harmful chemicals, making it completely safe for even the most sensitive skin.
3. What if I make a mistake with the impressions?
Don't worry! Our kits include enough material for two attempts at each impression. If you're still not satisfied, contact our customer support and we'll send you additional molding material at no extra cost.
4. How long does the entire process take?
From initial design to receiving your finished keepsake, the process typically takes 3-4 weeks. After you place your order, you'll receive the kit within 3-5 business days. Once you return the impressions to us, production takes approximately 7-10 business days, followed by shipping.
5. Can I add other customizations to my frame?
Yes! During the design process, you can add your baby's name, birth date, weight, length, and even a short custom message. You can also select from various frame materials, colors, and layouts to create a truly personalized keepsake.
